All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

JJTX Home Collection currently ships within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days (Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.)

Note: We are not currently offering international shipping.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or on selected products.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
